Croagh Patrick Challenge – Monday 9th August 2010
Following the success of last year's event and despite all the wails of "Never Again" you've guessed it. We've decided to do it again.I can't promise it will be any easier but I can guarantee a good days fun along with a fine blend of laughter,blisters, aches and pains.
Lough Derg Pilgrimage. 13th – 15th August 2010.
For those of you who feel you require on additional challenge to that presented by Croagh Patrick are have the perfect way to complete the week.The second of the "Twin Peaks" , St. Patrick's Purgatory, Lough Derg.All young people from the Diocese are welcome to join us for a time of penance and reflection on the World famous "Island". (That's not Alcatraz by the way).It sure is a great way to repay all those empty promises we make to God in the heat of the moment, especially at exam time.There's no better preparation for your favourite Chinese Take Away!
