Hello and welcome to our new Armagh Diocesan Youth Commisssion (ADYC) Website.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to this site. We hope to use this site to keep all of you, from near and far, informed of faith events in The Archdiocese of Armagh that are organised for or may be of interest to young people.

We have five main areas of concentration in the ADYC:

The Faith Awards which includes the Muiredach Cross Award and the John Paul II Award.

Faith Development in Parish and School which includes our very own Siolta Retreat Team.

Pilgrimages which includes local pilgrimages in Ireland such as the Croagh Patrick Challenge and the Oliver Plunkett Pilgrimage of 2010 as well as pilgrimages outside of Ireland such as World Youth Day.

Leadership Development which concentrates on equipping young people to become leaders and role models in ministry in their parishes, the diocese and beyond!

And last but definitely not least…Communication! This area looks at the promotion of youth ministry through this site and our Facebook page and Twitter.
